Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All orders are made fresh to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be prepared before shipment. During holidays, special promotions, or peak seasons, processing times may be longer.

Shipping Days

To help ensure freshness, we ship orders Monday through Wednesday. Orders placed later in the week may be held until the following Monday to avoid packages sitting in transit over the weekend.

Shipping Carrier

We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Shipping options and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.

Shipping Delays

Once your order has been shipped, delivery is the responsibility of the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier disruptions, incorrect shipping addresses, or other events beyond our control.

Incorrect Addresses

Please verify your shipping address before completing your order. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping charges before they can be resent.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take photos of the package and its contents and contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will review each situation individually and work toward a fair resolution.

Warm Weather Shipping

Our cookies may soften during transit in warm temperatures. This does not affect their quality. Allow cookies to come to room temperature before enjoying them, or warm them in the microwave for 10–15 seconds for the best experience.

Drinks

As part of our shipping policy, Squeez'd & Baked do not ship lemonades and drinks. Drinks are for local pickup and local delivery only.

Freshness

Our cookies are baked fresh and packaged to preserve quality. For the best taste, enjoy them within 5–7 days of delivery or freeze them for up to 3 months.

Lost Packages

If tracking shows your package as delivered, but you cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier first. We are not responsible for stolen packages after confirmed delivery.
